Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Flinque, you confirm that you can form a binding contract and that you accept these terms plus our Privacy Policy. If you use Flinque on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Definitions

• Service means the Flinque platform, website and free tools.
• Account means the account you create to access paid features.
• Content means data, text and materials available through the Service, including creator data.
• Subscription means a paid plan you purchase.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when you register plus keep it up to date. You are responsible for your login details plus for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use. You must be at least 18 to use the Service.

4. The service and free tools

Flinque helps you discover, vet plus track creators across supported platforms. Our free tools are provided for general use without an account. We may add, change or remove features at any time. We aim to keep the Service available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Creator data and other third-party information are provided for your business use subject to our acceptable use policy and the terms of the source platforms. You are responsible for using such data lawfully, including under applicable data protection and platform rules.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to break any law or infringe anyone's rights.
• Scrape, resell or redistribute data except as the Service allows.
• Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security.
• Misuse personal data obtained through the Service.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe you have breached this section.

6. Plans, billing and renewals

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle shown at checkout. Current pricing is Starter $49 per month or $300 per year and Enterprise $150 per month or $900 per year. Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically for the same term at the then-current price.

You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Except where the law requires or as stated at purchase, payments are non-refundable, though first-time paid subscriptions include a 7 day money back guarantee. We may change pricing on renewal with prior notice of 30 days.

7. Free plan and free tools

We offer a Free Plan at no cost plus free tools that need no account. These are provided as is, may have usage limits plus may change or end at any time. The Free Plan includes limits on the number of searches and outreach emails, and some features are reserved for paid plans.

8. Intellectual property

Flinque, its software, design plus brand belong to Flinque LLP or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. You keep ownership of content you upload, plus you grant us the rights needed to operate the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service plus all data are provided on an as is and as available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that creator data or analytics are complete or error-free, plus you are responsible for your own decisions based on them.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flinque LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Flinque LLP against claims, losses plus costs arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service plus close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or if we stop offering the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends plus we may delete your data in line with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Mohali, Punjab, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory local law gives you other rights.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above plus, where the change is material, give notice through the Service or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
